100 Hour Working Week

Most CEOs will tell you they work for very long periods of time, famously some of them claim they work a 100-hour week, so I wondered to myself what that looks like.

This is what a 100-hour working week plan looks like, let me know in the comment section if this is something you could do.

  • Morning (7:00 AM—9:00 AM): Begin work by addressing urgent tasks, emails, and planning for the day.
  • Mid-morning to Noon (9:00 AM–12:00 PM): Engage in meetings, project work, and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Lunch Break (12:00 PM–1:00 PM): Take a break to have lunch and recharge.
  • Afternoon (1:00 PM–4:00 PM): Continue with work, focusing on ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Home Commute (4:00 PM—5:00 PM): Leave work to return home.
  • Evening (5:00 PM—7:00 PM): brief period for relaxation, dinner, and spending time with family or engaging in personal activities.
  • Late Evening to Night (7:00 PM—10:00 PM): Return to work to finalize tasks and prepare for the next day.
  • Late Night (10:00 PM—6:00 AM): Wind down for the evening, ensuring to get sufficient rest and sleep.

Do this every single day to have a 100-hour working week. From 7am to 10pm is about 15 hours, when you multiply that by 7 days that rounds up to about 105 hours.
